Working Student Operations Management (m/f/d)

Probatix Health GmbH makes medical tests simple, fast and accessible from home. We develop, produce and ship home test kits that let people keep track of their own health. You keep the operation behind it running: fulfilment, packaging and customer support.
Practical Information
- Contract: working student, 20 hours per week
- Location: Berlin
- Hours: flexible, depending on operational needs
- Start: as soon as possible
Your Mission
You are a core part of our day-to-day operations. You make sure our test kits are carefully prepared, packed and shipped – and that customers get a good answer quickly when they have a question.
Your Responsibilities
Fulfilment and shipping
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Goods receipt, storage and support with inventory management
- Making sure every order is complete and correct
Packaging
- Packing and labelling test kits according to our quality standards
- Following hygiene, safety and quality guidelines
- Keeping the workspace clean and organised
Customer support
- Answering customer enquiries by email and chat together with our support team
- Tracking shipments and resolving delivery questions
- Feeding support insights back to operations and product
Your Profile
- Enrolled students (required for working student status)
- Reliable, careful and hands-on
- Structured way of working and genuine interest in operational work
- Fluent German, good English is a plus
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Ideally some first experience in logistics, fulfilment or customer service
Recruitment Process
- Short introductory call (15 to 20 minutes)
- On-site interview with the operations team
