We are looking for an Operations Lead (m/f/d), who optimizes our operational processes with organizational talent, leadership strength, and a hands-on mentality, and inspires the team. If you want to make a real impact in a digital health company, you are exactly right with us!

Your tasks

• Management and further development of our operational processes, including logistics, partner laboratories, and customer support.
• Building and scaling efficient processes that are both agile and robust.
• Coordination and alignment with internal teams, partners, and external service providers.
• Data analysis to proactively identify challenges and implement improvements.
• Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promotion of a positive team culture based on openness, personal responsibility, and collaboration.

This is what you bring with you

• Several years of experience in operations, ideally in a startup or in the digital health sector.
• Proven success in building and optimizing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams.
• High level of initiative, strong organizational skills, and the desire to take on responsibility.
• A pragmatic working style – for you, the result counts, not unnecessary formalities.
