  • Details of the booking person (master data, s.o.)
  • Payment data

The operator uses the data to book sample collection appointments with the respective cooperation partner and makes it available to them for this purpose.

During the test execution, further test-specific information may be processed by the respective cooperation partner.

After the sample collection, the sample is sent to a laboratory commissioned by the operator for evaluation.The laboratory transmits the examination results to the operator, who makes them available to the commissioning person in their respective user account on the myProbatix portal.

In this process, "health data" within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 15 GDPR, i.e., personal data relating to the physical or mental health of a natural person, including the provision of health services, from which information about their health status emerges, is processed.
