We are looking for a Partner Manager (m/f/d), who drives our collaboration with health insurance companies, laboratories, and other digital health companies with passion and strategic thinking. Your tasks
- Building, maintaining, and further developing partnerships with health insurance companies, laboratories, and other digital health companies.
- Close collaboration with our partners to create seamless and integrated patient journeys.
- Development and implementation of joint projects that improve access to innovative diagnostic solutions.
- Coordination between internal teams and partners to ensure operational excellence.
- Analysis and optimization of collaboration based on relevant KPIs and market requirements.
- Active participation in contract negotiations and strategic initiatives.
This is what you bring with you
- At least 3 years of experience in partner or account management, ideally in the digital health industry.
- Understanding of the needs and challenges of health insurance companies, laboratories, and digital health companies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – you are a true relationship manager.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on mentality to lead partnerships to success.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for digital health solutions and innovative technologies.
