We connect laboratories, doctors, and patients through modern interfaces, thereby creating more efficiency and transparency in healthcare.

To further advance our vision, we are looking for you as a Product Operations Lead.

Your tasks

• Coordination of laboratory communication: You ensure that laboratory results, doctor communication, and patient data flow reliably and efficiently through our platform.

• Interface Management: Responsibility for the further development, quality, and stability of API connections between Probatix, laboratory information systems (LIS), medical software, and partner platforms.

• Performance Monitoring: You measure and analyze the efficiency of our development processes (e.g., release cycles, bug fix times, stability of deployments) and derive measures for optimization.

• Operational Control: Building, improving, and standardizing processes in product and platform operations to ensure scalability and reliability.

• Collaboration & Alignment : You work closely with Product Management, Tech, Customer Success, and our laboratory partners – ensuring smooth coordination.

• Quality & Safety : You assist in complying with regulatory requirements (e.g., data protection, medical device regulations) and monitor data quality.

• Process and Tool Evolution: Introduction of workflows and tools to improve collaboration, ticketing, monitoring, and reporting.

This is what you bring

• Several years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management or a comparable role – ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or platform companies.

• Solid understanding of interface architectures (REST, HL7/FHIR, API management) and IT processes in the healthcare sector.

• Strong process thinking, analytical mindset, and enjoyment in making processes measurable and optimizing them.

• Experience with project management and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Linear).

• Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and the capability to clearly prepare complex topics for different target groups.

• High sense of responsibility, initiative, and a solution-oriented working style.
