Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Feature development & Platform expansion: Symfony 7 (Backend) & React (Frontend), PHP 8, clean architecture, clear interfaces.
• Scaling & Performance: design robust, high-performance services and roll them out for production.
• Integrations: API Platform, Mirth Connect, HL7, FHIR – secure, robust data flows.
• End-to-end ownership: from planning through implementation, CI/CD, testing, deployment to operation.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Containerization (Docker), Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), Cloud (AWS/GCP), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), Observability (Logs, Metrics, Tracing), Alerting & Incident-Handling.
• Security & Reliability: Least-Privilege, Secrets-Management, Hardening, Backup/Restore, Performance-Budgets.
• Collaboration: close coordination with Design, Product, Operations; clear PRs, Tech Docs, Knowledge Sharing.

What you bring with you

• At least 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a productive environment (ideally Digital Health or regulated domains).
• Solid skills in Symfony 7, React and modern API development.
• Practice in System Integrations and health standards (HL7, FHIR) as well as Web Stack (nginx).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Cloud Infra, Docker/K8s, IaC, Monitoring/Alerting.
• Work style: pragmatic, test- and data-driven, deliverable – you take responsibility and create clarity.
• Team fit: open, constructive, high quality standards, willingness to truly drive things forward.
