We are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on E-Commerce, who will further develop our digital channels and optimally position our offerings in the Digital Health sector. Your Tasks
- Strategic and operational further development of our Shopify store.
- Creation and implementation of SEO strategies to increase our visibility and organic traffic.
- Conducting Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to continuously improve our e-commerce performance.
- Development of performance marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) in collaboration with external partners.
- Creation and maintenance of target audience-oriented content that optimally presents our products and services.
- Analysis and monitoring of all relevant KPIs, as well as deriving and implementing measures for optimization.
- Collaboration with internal teams to align marketing activities with product developments and operational processes.
What you bring with you
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally in a digital health company or a similar environment.
- Very good knowledge of Shopify, SEO, and CRO.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and common SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Creativity, an affinity for numbers, and a data-driven approach.
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and a desire to take on responsibility.
- Interest in innovative health solutions and digital business models.
