Your Tasks

• Lead and further develop our operational processes, including logistics, partner laboratories, and customer support.
• Build and scale efficient processes that are both agile and robust.
• Coordinate and align with internal teams, partners, and external service providers.
• Analyze data to proactively identify challenges and implement improvements.
• Responsibility for compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promotion of a positive team culture based on openness, personal responsibility, and collaboration.

What you bring with you

• Several years of experience in operations, ideally in a startup or digital health sector.
• Proven success in building and optimizing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
• High initiative, strong organizational skills, and a desire to take on responsibility.
• A pragmatic working style – for you, the result counts, not unnecessary formalities.
